RETURNS POLICY

We are committed to providing quality products to each customer. If you will need to return your product, receive a refund, or have it replaced, please review the information below.

 

REFUND POLICY:

The Duke of Normandy does not accept returns. However, the Duke of Normandy does issue refunds or product replacements in the event that one of the below options takes place:

  • Arrived damaged

  • Didn't match the description

  • Expired item

  • Delivery does not arrive 10 days after estimated delivery date

  • Received the wrong item

 Any refunds or replacements must be requested within 30 days of the date of purchase.

  • Please make sure to record your order confirmation receipt, we cannot issue a refund until our office confirms receipt of the purchase. 

  • We are not responsible for lost packages.

  • All returns will be credited to the original credit card used at the time of purchase.

  • Once a refund or replacement request has been processed, please allow at least 3-5 business days for the credit adjustment to appear on your credit card statement.

  • Subject line/Refund/Replace Request

  • Your name

  •  Address

  •  Order number

  •  Request for refund or replacement

  •  Reason for the refund or replacement
